Indigenous yeast fermented, Large format barrel aged, Low Sulfur Vinification & Aging, Organically Grown Grapes, Skin contact, Whole Cluster Fermented .Flint, cherries and pomegranate tinted with notes of coffee lead into a wine with nice balance, discreet oak notes and plenty of length and dark fruit. Whole clusters used in the fermentation give the wine a graceful, slightly herbal edge that is quite intriguing.
