Description

Raised in a combination of concrete and large format, neutral oak, this is a beautifully dry Alsatian Riesling. Lime leaf, zest, stony minerals and talc lift from the glass, leading to a palate that is poised and linear with a lovely texture and acid line. A hint of lees on the finish adds further complexity. 

Pair with roasted fish and white meats, seafood, Asian food, ham, soft cheeses. It is good company at any time.
