Description

Pale yellow color with green highlights, fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is complex and evolving, with notes of white fruits (apple, pear), white flowers, brioche and minerals.

The palate is ample, structured and very fine. The aromas regain all their intensity, accompanied by a beautiful acidity and a saline finish.
