On the nose it immediately shows great depth, very particular, certainly recalls dried apricot, quince, candied citrus, but also mineral tones, what is striking is the extreme expressive purity, you can feel that it is a wine followed with attention.

On the palate it confirms these impressions, revealing among other things a freshness that was not so intuitive from the aromas, a sign that the soul of the vine has been perfectly maintained.
